Stayed for 2 nights with my spouse. Beds ended up comfortable and the room was normally clean. The staff have been very handy and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious and the closet. Bathroom have been clean and the shower was wonderful. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

If you are travelling to Santa Cruz de Tenerife you have to book this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. And a great atmosphere!

Wonderful location, almost everything is very near. Employees are super friendly and handy and talk excellent English. You will find activities each and every night and it´s an excellent way to meet people today. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed daily. Only problem was my bed for being a little bit squeaky but that’s quite slight. Excellent value for the price!
